The Obama administration is nominating Jane Holl Lute as Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security. She will report to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, the former Governor of Arizona in whose state sits the U.S. Army's large Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). The name Lute instantly rang a bell. Lute is yet another former lobbyist who will serve in the Obama administration, even though the new administration has said it wants to avoid nominating lobbyists to high positions in its ranks.... The Project for a New American Century was in full swing as Obama parroted the aims and dreams of Zbigniew Brezinski, his foreign policy adviser and mentor.
